About us
Walker Monument is a monument creator and dealer in Utah County, Utah. Walker Monument has created thousands of beautiful headstones and monuments. As a family-owned business, we offer three generations of master craftsmen. We are a full-service monument company, offering cemetery engraving, all types of memorials and placement anywhere in the state. Our large indoor and outdoor displays offer a variety of designs, styles and sizes to help you make your decision. Our design team is extremely experienced and treats every new monument with immense attention to detail and care. We know how important a monument is when it represents something so important and we use that philosophy with every new project.
A little about our leadership:
Aage Giessing, the owner of Walker Monument, has been in business since 1972. He learned the trade from his dad who learned the trade in Denmark. Aage's son, Brian Giessing works alongside Aage in the shop and on artwork in the office. Together, they create new designs and update the older ones.
Danielle Seybold is our office manager. She mainly oversees customer service and running the office. She has been at Walker Monument since 2004. She started by working Saturdays only and was offered a full time position in 2007.
At Walker Monument, we will do everything we can to make your vision come true. Our company’s owner is renowned for his intricate designs, detailed carefully to meet and exceed every expectation. We also use state-of-the-art design equipment and software, so that nothing is left to chance. We can add inscriptions, photo carved portraits, engravings and more.
It’s never easy losing a loved one and it can be very difficult deciding how to memorialize their resting place. Walker Monument will help you create the perfect monument to help your memories last.
